Terms Used In Tennessee Code 49-9-1406
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
Debts, liabilities and other obligations of an entity described in § 49-9-1402(a) shall not constitute debts, liabilities or obligations of the state or the university.
