(a) Every licensee shall notify the board in writing within thirty (30) days of:

  • Board: means the state board of accountancy established under §. See Tennessee Code 62-1-103
  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
  • Licensee: means the holder of a license. See Tennessee Code 62-1-103
  • State: means any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands and Guam, except that "this state" means the state of Tennessee. See Tennessee Code 62-1-103
(1) Any material change in the information previously furnished to or required to be furnished to the board, including, but not limited to, the holder’s name or mailing address;
(2) Any conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction of a felony; or
(3) The limitation, suspension or revocation of the right to practice public accountancy by any state board of accountancy or any other state, federal or international agency.
(b) Every office registered pursuant to § 62-1-113 shall notify the board in writing within thirty (30) days of any change of address or location of the office.
