- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
- Road: includes public bridges and may be held equivalent to the words "county way" "county road" or "state road". See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
The lessee of any railroad shall hold such road subject to the liens and liabilities to which it was subject in the hands of the lessor, and be bound for all payments for which the lessor was liable.
