Terms Used In Tennessee Code 7-64-202

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.

No taxpayer or taxpayers whose income exceeds twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) annually shall be eligible for the tax deferral provided for in this part.
