Terms Used In Tennessee Code 71-3-907
- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105 - Dependent: A person dependent for support upon another.
The program is dependent on the availability of appropriate waivers from the federal departments of health and human services and agriculture, for which the department of human services is authorized to make application.
