Terms Used In Tennessee Code 8-34-309
- board: means the board provided for in part 3 of this chapter. See Tennessee Code 8-34-101
- written: includes printing, typewriting, engraving, lithography, and any other mode of representing words and letters. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
The board of trustees shall meet quarterly at a time established by the chair of the board of trustees. Special meetings of the board for transaction of business may be called by the secretary of the board by giving written notice to all members.
