Tennessee Code 56-12-113 – Examination of the association

(a) The association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the commissioner.

Association: means the Tennessee insurance guaranty association created under §. See Tennessee Code 56-12-104
Commissioner: means the commissioner of commerce and insurance. See Tennessee Code 56-12-104
Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105

(b) The board of directors shall submit, not later than March 30 of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the commissioner.
