Terms Used In Tennessee Code 56-16-209
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Reciprocal: means the aggregation of subscribers under a common name. See Tennessee Code 56-16-102
Upon the liquidation of a domestic reciprocal, its assets shall be distributed pursuant to chapter 9 of this title.
