Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 13.119
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person commits an offense if the person removes or obliterates a tag or device placed or required by the department to be placed on a weighing or measuring device under this chapter.
