- Real estate investment trust: means an entity governed as a real estate investment trust under Title 5. See Texas Business Organizations Code 1.002
A real estate investment trust may reinstate its existence under Section 11.202, revoke a voluntary decision to wind up under Section 11.151, or cancel an event requiring winding up under Section 11.152 by the affirmative vote of the shareholders in accordance with Section 200.261.
