- Juror: A person who is on the jury.
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
When a person challenges the array or a grand juror, the court shall hear proof and decide in a summary manner whether the challenge is well founded.
