(a) A claimant, victim, or third party, or an agent, insurer, or attorney of a third party, commits an offense if the person knowingly fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter, Chapter 56A, or Subchapter B, Chapter 58.
(b) An offense under Subsection (a) is a Class B misdemeanor, except that any fine imposed may not exceed $500.
