Terms Used In Texas Election Code 103.005
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The early voting roster must include the name of each person voting a late ballot with a notation indicating that the late ballot was voted under this chapter.
