Terms Used In Texas Estates Code 310.005
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
Income received by a trustee under this chapter shall be treated as income of the trust as provided by Section 116.101, Property Code.
