Terms Used In Texas Family Code 34.0015
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this chapter:
(1) “Adult caregiver” means an adult person whom a parent has authorized to provide temporary care for a child under this chapter.
(2) “Parent” has the meaning assigned by § 101.024.
