Terms Used In Texas Family Code 35.001
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This chapter applies to a person whose relationship to a child would make the person eligible to consent to treatment under § 32.001 or eligible to enter an authorization agreement under Section 34.001.
