Terms Used In Texas Finance Code 273.209
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
A member association may advertise or use for promotional purposes the fact that its assets are protected under this chapter only to the extent and in the manner permitted by the plan of operation.
