A municipality may pledge to the payment of bonds issued under this subchapter, including the principal of, interest on, or another amount required or permitted to be paid in connection with the bonds, all or any part of its revenue, income, or receipts from:
(1) a charge authorized by § 1509.210; or
(2) another resource.
