- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not use a room, apartment, or office in the State Capitol as a bedroom or for a private purpose. This section does not apply to the offices and living quarters occupied by the lieutenant governor or the speaker of the house of representatives.
