Terms Used In Texas Government Code 2166.002
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
This chapter applies only to a building construction project of the state, the acquisition of real property for state purposes, and the disposition of real property owned by the state.
