- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The division director or the division director’s designee shall provide to members of the Manufactured Housing Board and to division employees, as often as necessary, information regarding the requirements for office or employment under this subchapter, including information regarding a person‘s responsibilities under applicable laws relating to standards of conduct for state officers or employees.
