Terms Used In Texas Government Code 773.002
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A regulatory agency may inspect, survey, or investigate a person regulated by the agency or require the person to file a report only if the executive head of the agency determines that the agency’s need for the information concerning the person is not substantially satisfied by information previously gathered by the agency or another regulatory agency.
