Terms Used In Texas Government Code 815.314
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
Except as provided by § 815.317, 820.102, or 820.103, the retirement system shall deposit in the interest account all income, interest, and dividends from deposits and investments of assets of the retirement system.
