Terms Used In Texas Government Code Chapter 476 > Subchapter F - Limitations On Joint Liability

Law: means a constitution, statute, city charter, or city ordinance. See Texas Election Code 1.005
Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
