- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Only the commission may grant permission to perform an autopsy on an unclaimed body. The commission may grant permission after receiving a specific request for an autopsy that shows sufficient evidence of medical urgency.
