- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not, by use of insulting, threatening, or obscene language, interfere with or intimidate or seek to interfere with or intimidate another:
(1) in the exercise of the other person’s lawful right to work or to enter on the performance of a lawful vocation; or
(2) from freely entering or leaving any premises.
