(a) The board’s secretary shall sign each subpoena issued under this chapter.
(b) The board may authorize a person of full age to serve a subpoena issued under this chapter.
Terms Used In Texas Labor Code 102.023
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
