- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The county may impose a placement review fee in the amount of not more than $50 to be paid by the person drilling the well. Fees collected under this section shall be deposited to the county’s general fund to be used only for the administration and enforcement of this subchapter.
