Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code 307.003
- Municipality: means a general-law municipality, home-rule municipality, or special-law municipality. See Texas Local Government Code 1.005
In this chapter, “park land” means the land to which the municipality is granted use and occupancy for park purposes by this chapter.
