Terms Used In Texas Local Government Code 388.003
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
The county may apply for and accept a gift, grant, or donation from any source to fund a public improvement project described by § 388.002.
