Terms Used In Texas Natural Resources Code 31.067
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The division is authorized to sell any real property acquired on behalf of the state pursuant to § 402.025, Government Code. Sale of such real property shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of § 31.158 of this code unless otherwise provided by law. Proceeds of sale shall be deposited in the General Revenue Fund as specified in § 402.025, Government Code.
