(a) Each license granted under this subchapter authorizing the sale of commodities on a public beach shall include a prohibition against the sale of any commodity in a glass container.
(b) Any person selling a commodity in a glass container on a public beach outside the boundaries of any incorporated city shall have his rights conferred by the license immediately terminated and revoked as provided in § 61.172 of this code.
