- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The State Office of Administrative Hearings shall enter into a contract with the agency for hearings conducted by the State Office of Administrative Hearings under a law administered by the commission or the board. The agency shall reimburse the State Office of Administrative Hearings for costs incurred in conducting the hearings.
