- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person who sells any consigned goods for commission without first making and filing the bond required by Section 1801.051 shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500.
