- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
If the person does not pay the administrative penalty and the enforcement of the penalty is not stayed, the executive director may, at the direction of the enforcement committee, refer the matter to the attorney general for collection of the penalty.
