- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The department shall notify each person licensed under this chapter of the date of license expiration and the amount of the fee required for license renewal. The notice shall be sent at least 30 days before the date of license expiration.
