(a) A vehicle lessor may appoint one or more vehicle lease facilitators licensed under this chapter to represent the lessor in obtaining prospective vehicle lessees.
(b) An appointment must:
(1) be in writing;
(2) disclose its terms; and
(3) comply with board rules.
