Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 2305.002
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This subchapter applies to any person who:
(1) operates a shop or garage that is engaged in the business of repairing motor vehicles; or
(2) engages in the business of purchasing or selling used motor vehicles in this state.
