- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
The department shall issue a license to an apprentice permit holder when the department has received sufficient evidence that the apprentice permit holder has met all the licensing requirements of this chapter.
