- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
An occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant may not use the abbreviation “Dr.,” the word “Doctor,” or any suffix or affix indicating or implying that the person is a physician.
