Before a complaint may be filed with the board as the result of a written warning notice that is issued during an inspection authorized by this chapter and that lists a specific violation of this subtitle or a rule adopted under this subtitle, the license holder must be given a reasonable time, as determined by the board, to comply with this subtitle or rules adopted under this subtitle.
