- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A licensed breeder shall notify the department in a manner prescribed by the department not later than the 10th day after the date any change occurs in the address, name, management, or controlling person of the business or operation.
