Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2307 - Insurer Interests in Repair Facilities
- Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
