- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
No person may enter without the permission of the department on the grounds of a state fish hatchery or on grounds set apart by the state for the propagation and keeping of birds and animals.
