Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code 3503.001
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
In this chapter:
(1) “Authority” means the TexAmericas Center.
(2) “Board” means the authority’s board of directors.
(3) “Property” means land, improvements, and personal property described in § 3503.004.
