- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
This chapter does not limit the power of the authority or other person, including another governmental entity, to use other law not in conflict with this chapter to the extent convenient or necessary to carry out a power, express or implied, granted by this chapter.
