In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the district’s board of directors.
(2) “City” means the City of Corpus Christi.
(3) “District” means the Padre Island Gateway Municipal Management District.
(4) “Improvement project” means any program or project authorized by Sections 3869.102 and 3869.160 inside or outside the district.
