(a) The district is governed by a board of five elected directors.
(b) Except as provided by § 3877.052, directors serve staggered four-year terms, with two or three directors elected in even-numbered years on the uniform election date in May prescribed by the Election Code.
(c) § 54.102, Water Code, applies to directors. § 375.063, Local Government Code, does not apply to directors.
