In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the board of directors of the district.
(2) “County” means Guadalupe County.
(3) “District” means the Guadalupe County Development and Management District.
(4) “Improvement project” means a program or project authorized by § 3887.102, inside or outside the boundaries of the district.
