Terms Used In Texas Special District Local Laws Code 6602.003
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The legislature finds that:
(1) providing the district with the powers authorized by § 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, benefits the citizens and property in the district;
(2) all property in the district benefits;
(3) all property the district benefits is included in the district; and
(4) the district is essential to accomplish the purposes of § 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
